The rules (from EMGS — Education Malaysia Global Services):
Source: EMGS FAQ ↗🔗 IIUM Key Links
Pick your discipline. Every guide follows the same map — Data · AI tools · journals: where to find data, which AI tools & software to use, and where to publish.
📚 Islamic & Heritage Sources
The classical libraries for Islamic-studies research — each one opens directly. No lists inside lists.
Real journals for your department — Pakistani and international — each with its publisher and official website. Tap any journal to open it.
📝 How to submit a paper — مکمل طریقہ
No forms and no waiting — everything you need is on this page: Mufti's own video series, the AI tools that do the heavy lifting, and a step-by-step guide from choosing a topic to a finished document.
💬 Research Companion
Ask anything about your research — it answers from this app's real sources: all 16 department toolkits, 288 journals, the Islamic sources and the AI tools — and sends only what you mark final into Write & Export.
💬 Ask anything about your research. The companion answers from this app's real sources only — every link below can be opened and checked. Your draft builds in the panel below, heading by heading — nothing moves to Write & Export until you tap “Send full draft” once.
🧭 Guided wizard — no prompts needed
Answer a few questions and the Companion builds your draft itself, heading by heading — you read each heading, rephrase it in your own voice, add or cut as needed, then approve it. You never need a prompt from outside.
Step 1 of 6 — Topic
Give a topic, or at least a field — the wizard starts from whichever you give.
💬 Ask a follow-up
Ask for one heading at a time — for example “Introduction for my topic”, “Research questions”, “Methodology” — each answer appears in your draft panel above, with its full text.

🇲🇾 Study in Malaysia
Affordable tuition and living costs, English-medium degrees, and a Muslim-friendly environment — halal food everywhere, mosques on campus, and one of the largest international Muslim student communities in Asia.
Major universities
Universiti Malaya (UM) · International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) · Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) · Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) · Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) · Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM)
Admissions & visa: apply to the university first. Once you hold an offer, your student pass is processed through EMGS (Education Malaysia Global Services) — the official channel; never pay an unofficial agent for it.
EMGS — Education Malaysia ↗Mufti is based in Malaysia himself — use the Ask Mufti guidance form in this hub and ask him directly.
🇹🇷 Study in Turkey
Türkiye Scholarships (Türkiye Burslari) — the Turkish government's fully funded scholarship programme: tuition, a monthly stipend, accommodation, airfare and a free one-year Turkish language course are covered under it. Applications are free, and only through the official portal:
Türkiye Scholarships — official portal ↗TR-YÖS: the central entrance examination for international students applying to Turkish universities — many self-funded admissions run through it.
Language: most degree programmes are taught in Turkish. A TÖMER certificate is the standard proof of Turkish proficiency — and the scholarship's free language year counts towards it.
🌐 Worldwide — the big scholarships
Always apply on the official portal — a genuine scholarship never asks you to pay an “agent” for its form.
🏢 MAQAMAT — Study Abroad Admissions
Admissions to universities abroad are handled through Mufti's own company, MAQAMAT — the team that brings students to universities around the world. For admission or scholarship guidance, talk to the MAQAMAT team directly:
